In my room, there was a minibar, a spot to make tea and coffee, and a work desk 🍵. the breakfast they served was fantastic!

Location was great, close to good restaurants and the Banana Lounge restaurant had a wide range of delicious breakfast choices and free mid afternoon cocktails and treats. the villa was beautiful with nice furniture and stylish decor. the staff were polite, attentive and communicated efficiently through WhatsApp.
The air conditioning struggled to keep up with the size of the room.

This hotel fulfilled all our luxurious needs with its exclusive amenities. the room was well-equipped with a coffee press, kettle, and glasses. the bed was bigger than a king size and it was a delight to sleep on. We loved the attention to detail that the hotel had, with a sea grass sleeve over the water dispenser. In-room breakfast was included and we were impressed with the selection offered. the location was very central and close to Impossible Beach and Bingin Beach.
Only one minor issue, it can't be avoided, but the sounds of croaking frogs and crowing roosters were quite audible throughout the night. this can easily be solved with earplugs.

They were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making us feel so welcome. The Banana Lounge was a beautiful hang-out spot with delicious food and drinks, and the location was perfect for quick access to the main road and nearby beaches. We loved every moment and cannot wait to return!

The breakfast selection was great and the staff were friendly. The plunge pool was a nice touch and perfect after being out all day in the hot weather. The location was also great for exploring nearby attractions.
The room was infested with mice and there was no effort made to address the issue. The noise from the nearby bar was unbearable and made it difficult to sleep at night.

I absolutely adored the beautiful decorations throughout the hotel. The Balinese artwork and traditional furnishings added a touch of elegance and made me feel like I was truly experiencing the culture of Bali. The general areas of the hotel were well-maintained and easily accessible for us seniors. It was a pleasure to relax and unwind in such a lovely environment.
I wish there had been more activities tailored specifically for seniors. While the children working there were helpful and friendly, it would have been great to have some options that catered to our needs and interests.
